Charter Information

Fishing should be a fun experience for all on board. On the Spring Mix II the captain and crew have over 40 years experience fishing out of Ocean City Maryland and the whole East Coast of the U.S. Their years of experience will show in the detail that is taken in rigging rods, baits and the boat for your day of fishing. Pre-trip safety checks are done every day and the overall maintenance that is done day in and day out on the Spring Mix II will ensure that you have a fun and safe fishing trip. The boat is conveniently located in the Ocean City Fishing Center which is just off of Route 50 on the west side of the Route 50 Harry Kelly Memorial Bridge. You will find the boat in slip B-12, plenty of free parking is provided at the marina. Once you have booked your trip get ready for one of the most memorable fishing trips of your life. Whether you are a seasoned veteran on the ocean or a new comer to offshore fishing our goal is for you to have the time of your life. The Spring Mix II is rigged for serious fishing. We can accommodate up to 6 people per trip. Our Charter groups range from first timers to tournament experience anglers. Check out our photo gallery, you will see how much fun the kids will enjoy the trip as well. Once you have booked your trip you will talk with the captain or owner about the time you should arrive at the boat, most trips will leave the Ocean City Fishing Center between 5am and 6am. Please have your whole group at the boat 15 minutes before the departure time. If you are in town the day before your scheduled trip feel free to stop by the boat later in the afternoon 4pm to 6 pm to talk with the mate and captain about the following days trip. You will get some good information about weather, where you will be fishing, baits that will be used and this will be a good time to get to know the crew. Fishing day will be busy for the crew in the morning preparing to leave the dock. Please have your group at the boat 15 minutes before departure time. We provide all the bait, fishing equipment and ice for your food and drinks that you will need for your trip. You should bring with you, hats, long shelve shirts or sweet shirts, food, drinks, sunscreen, and a camera. Beer and wine is permitted on board please no glass bottles of any kind. No hard liquor or illegal drugs will be allowed on board. We have plenty of dry storage on board so if you are not sure of the weather pack an extra rain coat or dry clothing it can be easily stored it in the cabin for easy access if needed. If at any time before hand or during your charter you have any questions the crew will be more than happy to answer them. Once you have selected a date to fish contact us to confirm your date. To hold the date we will need a $400.00 deposit. The balance of the charter will be due before leaving the dock for your charter.
Cancelation Policy
All cancelations must be done 10 days prior to your scheduled date. If less than 10 days you will forfeit your deposit or amount that has been collected to date. Weather related issues that result in a cancelation by the Captain can be rescheduled or a full refund will be issued. We do not play with Mother Nature; if the weather is unsafe the Captain will make the call on canceling the trip or we will reschedule if the charter party is available on a different date.
