Charter Information
Fishing should be a fun experience for all on board. On the Spring Mix II, our Captain Chris Watkowski has over 25 years experience fishing out of Ocean City, Maryland and the entire east coast of the U.S. Captain Chris and his mates will show their experience in the detail that is taken every day in rigging the rods, baits and preparing the boat for your day offshore. Pre-trip safety checks are preformed every day and the overall maintenance that is done day in and day out on the Spring Mix II will ensure that you will have a fun and safe day on the water. The Spring Mix II is conveniently located in slip B-12 at the Ocean City Fishing Center, 12940 Inlet Isle Lane Ocean City, Maryland 21842. Once you have booked your trip get ready for one of the most memorable fishing trips of your life. Whether you are a seasoned veteran or a new comer to offshore fishing our goal on the Spring Mix II is for you to have the time of your life. The Spring Mix II is rigged for serious fishing. Our Coast Guard License allows us to accommodate up to 6 passengers. Check out out photo gallery, you will see how much fun the kids will have on the Spring Mix II as well as the grandparents. Once you have booked your trip, you will talk with the owner or captain about the time of departure. Most trips will be leaving the Ocean City Fishing Center between 4am and 6am. If you are in town the day before your scheduled trip feel free to stop by the boat later in the afternoon from 4pm—6pm to talk with the captain and mate about the following day’s trip. You will receive good information about the weather, where you will be fishing, and baits that will be used. This will be a good time to get to know the crew. The morning of your fishing day will be busy for the crew preparing to leave the dock. Please have your group at the boat 15 minutes before the departure time. We provide all the bait, fishing equipment, fishing licenses, ice for your food and drinks and ice for your catch to keep it cold and fresh until back at the dock. You should bring the following items with you: hats, a long sleeve shirt or sweat shirt, food, drinks, sunscreen, and a camera. Beer and wine is permitted on board, but please no glass containers of any kind. No hard liquor or illegal drugs will be permitted on board as well as no BANANAS. We have plenty of dry storage on board so if you are not sure of the weather, pack an extra rain coat or dry clothing as it can be easily stored in the cabin for easy access if needed. If at anytime before or during your charter you have any questions the crew will be more then happy to answer them. Once you have selected your date contact us to confirm availability. To hold your date you will pay a $500.00 deposit on Pay Pal or by personal or business check. The balance of the charter will be due on or before your fishing day. The balance can be paid on Pay Pal 48 hours before departure or in cash the day of the trip.
Cancelation Policy
All cancelations must be done 10 days prior to your scheduled charter date. If less then 10 days you will forfeit your deposit or the amount that has been collected to date. Weather related issues that result in a cancelation by the captain can be rescheduled or a full refund will be issued. We do not play with Mother Nature; if the weather is unsafe, the captain will make the call on canceling the trip or we will reschedule if the charter party is available on a different date.
