Make up Open Boat trips
If you do not have enough people to fill the boat, no worries. We will team you up with some of our other clients that are ready to go just like you. Just give us a call and let us know the date or dates you are available to go. We have a running list of clients that are ready to go with 24hr. notice.
This is how it works.
- Call us to get your date or dates on the calendar.
- Provide us with credit card information to hold your date or dates that you are available to fish.
- As soon as we have the boat filled we will notify you.
- Show up and fish.
- If for some reason we cannot fill the boat for your desired date you will receive a check by mail for a full refund within 7 days.
The cost for a makeup open boat trip is $325.00 per person. This includes all fishing equipment, bait, ice for your food and drinks and ice for your catch to get it back to the dock fresh. The Mate on the boat is a professional and has years of fishing experience he works for you and is on board to make your day relaxing and enjoyable. The Mate works for tips and the customary tip is 15% to 20%.
Fish cleaning is available at the marina and the rates for fish cleaning are posted at the fish cleaning table. Fish cleaning in not included in your Charter Rate.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation for full charters or make up open boat trips must be done 10 days prior to your scheduled date. If less then 10 days you will forfeit your deposit or amount that has been collected to date.
Weather related issues that result in a cancellation by the Captain can be rescheduled or a full refund will be issued. We do not play with Mother Nature; if the weather is unsafe the Captain will make the call on canceling the trip or we will reschedule if the charter party is available on a different date.
